Engagement Lab provides science-based stakeholder engagement services for companies in the green transition.
who we are
If you’re a decision-maker in the green transition, we’re here to help you tell the story of the difference you’re making in the world.
If you need to improve how you engage with customers, employees, suppliers, policymakers, NGOs, or the general public, our expertise blends the art of creative communication together with decision science.
Our services are designed to unearth behavioral insights that will reshape your approach and ultimately improve engagement. And we work exclusively within the green transition – renewable energy, green manufacturing, Power-to-X, and sustainability initiatives.
our vision
Our vision is to do everything we can to accelerate the green transition.
our mission
Our mission is to help people in the green transition communicate with more empathy and influence.
From the early days of Engagement Lab, we noticed a certain rhythm to our best work. An undeniable sequence emerged:
Empathy > Connection > Engagement > Change.
Recognizing the fundamental role of empathy and trust in our methodology, we feature oxytocin’s molecular structure in our logo. This quirky-looking molecule is our daily reminder of how we aim to approach every interaction.
Empathy and trust are strongly associated with the release of the hormone, oxytocin. When our brains release oxytocin, we are more likely to trust and bond with other people. And when we bond, more oxytocin is released, and the positive feedback mechanism continues.
We are guided by 10 values that shape our thinking and the work we do with you.
